BSRIA DELIVERS SOFT LANDINGS WORKSHOP

The workshop was attended by Speller Metcalfe employees, partners and clients from across the West Midlands.

BSRIA’s Roderic Bunn covered the soft landings framework in his presentation, providing a step-by-step process for clients and their project team to follow in order to avoid common pitfalls and deliver a better-performing building.

“Our aim was to help inform our clients on the principles of the soft landing framework,” said Andy Metcalfe. “We had positive feedback from the attendees as they left the workshop feeling better informed on how to reduce the performance gap between design intentions and operational outcomes for future projects.”
