SPELLER METCALFE GETS IN THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT FOR THE NATIONAL STAR COLLEGE
Staff and sub-contractors donned Christmas jumpers and elf ears to raise money for the specialist equipment and accommodation needed by the College, who support students with physical, sensory and learning disabilities.
The Gloucester building team is currently on site in Pitville, Cheltenham, building five new accommodation blocks for National Star College that will provide state-of-the-art facilities for a range of student abilities and include teaching and learning spaces.
Steve Yapp, Project Manager for Speller Metcalfe and on site in Pitville said: “This is our third project with the National Star College so we understand that every penny really does count to support their fundraising.
“It can be a difficult time at Christmas to give that little bit extra so it’s great to have both our site teams and office teams getting involved for such a good cause.”
The £4.5 million scheme is due to complete in March 2015. To find our more or to donate to the College click here.
