HARD HAT DAY AT THE MASTER’S HOUSE
The event was a real success, with members from the British Museum even stopping by for a visit.
Attendees were given the opportunity to meet members of the restoration team and have a tour of the building. With so many historic structures and relics found on site throughout the build, there was a lot of interest in the project.
Environmental Manager and local resident of Ledbury, Adrian Speller said: "It was really great to have so much interest in the local, and for the public to see what goes on behind closed doors.
"It was important that we are able to share such a rich history with the local community, which has included panelling, latin text and other artefacts dating back to the 14th century."
Those who attended were also greeted with a complimentary builder's butty and free cup of tea!
