Threadneedle Street

Refurbishment of Grade II listed Central London development

Project

Threadneedle Street

This project involved the refurbishment of the Grade II listed former Royal Bank of Scotland into eight storey offices and supply services for a restaurant based on the ground floor. A vast amount of structural modification was incorporated with an additional 26 tons of steel work assisting in the creation of an enhanced space. Structural and remodelling works also took place in the restaurant, including a new steel staircase into the restaurant. The project achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and was shortlisted for a London City Heritage Award.
