Speller Metcalfe are on site regenerating an outdated sheltered housing scheme in Pershore.
The site is being redeveloped into 54 modern, retirement living apartments for rent and shared ownership.
To meet modern living standards, the original building – which lacked lifts, communal space and comfortable accommodation units – was demolished in 2023.
