Speller Metcalfe was contracted by Boo Homes to build 28, 3-5 bedroom premium properties, complete with snug, reception room and en-suites. The large and high spec kitchens have bifolding doors which open up on to a private garden.
Originally the site held the Old Fulcan works factory unity and a gymnasium. The contamination from the existing factory has meant that the site had to be cleared before works could take place and after the demolition of the existing buildings.
The houses are timber framed with brick block and render. All properties have double glazed aluminium windows.
