Speller Metcalfe’s own private development of six, 4-bedroom, 3-storey houses for private sale in the quaint village of Broadwas in Worcestershire.
The properties all feature open-plan living spaces, country-style shaker kitchens and views across to the Malvern Hills alongside two en-suites, large driveways and private rear gardens.
The site also features an additional four homes all built by Speller Metcalfe, three of which have been developed for housing association Fortis Living (two as rented, one as shared ownership) and one private plot belonging to the original land owner.
