Speller Metcalfe named on £2.5bn Procure Partnerships framework
Regional contractor Speller Metcalfe has been named as a supplier on Procure Partnerships new national Minor Works framework.
The public sector framework is divided into 10 regions, each of which is split into two value bands; £0.5m – £1m and £1m – £4m. Speller Metcalfe will work on Lots 8 and Lots 16 for projects valued £1m-£4m in both the west midlands and south west regions
Procure Partnerships’ director, Robbie Blackhurst, has said that the framework is set to offer a £2.5bn pipeline over the next four years.
Clients will be able to award projects via three call-off options; two-stage mini competition, single-stage competitive tender and direct award. The framework is free to access and can be used by all public sector bodies.
Organisations expected to use the framework include universities, housing providers, local authorities, NHS Trusts and blue light providers.
