Speller Metcalfe delivered the new two-form-entry Myton Gardens Primary School in Warwickshire, located on Fusiliers Way. The school provides places for both Key Stage One and Two, with an attached nursery for 34 children and a dedicated SEND provision for up to 14 pupils.
The two-storey building features 15 classrooms, a dance and music room, a library, an assembly hall, and a food science room. The project also included external landscaping and a car park with 68 spaces, including designated EV bays.
Delivered on behalf of Warwickshire County Council, in partnership with Stowe Valley Multi-Academy Trust, and through the Constructing West Midlands Framework with support from Acivico Building Consultancy Ltd, the school provides vital additional places to support the town’s growing community.
