Approved contractor for £25M Atkins HQ in Surrey
Working for client Henry Boot Developments, the office redevelopment will provide current staff with more modern, efficient and flexible working spaces.
The project has aspirations to be delivered at BIM Level 2, following Speller Metcalfe’s previous experience of working at this Level since 2012.
Another aim of the project is to encourage social spaces and flexible working to enable teams from different divisions to work alongside each other in the same space and encourage informal interactions.
Speller Metcalfe is now working on the second stage of the development, with the project targeted to reach BREEAM Excellent.
