28 NEW LUXURY HOUSES TO BE BUILT IN LECKHAMPTON

National building contractor, Speller Metcalfe, has been contracted by local property developer, Boo Homes, to construct 28 luxury homes, each of which show off their design led ethos and unwavering attention to detail.

The new residential development was once home to Leckhampton industrial estate, which was sold following the owner’s struggle to find tenants to fill the units.

Boo Homes acquired the land with the ambitious aim of regenerating the site and turning it in to a highly desirable residential development that is in keeping with the surrounding countryside.

Leckhampton Views offers a variety of three, four and five bedroom properties which are to be situated on a private road within beautiful grounds designed by a leading Cotswold landscaper.

Located near Bath Road, which is home to a thriving and vibrant community of independent businesses and walking distance from Montpellier and the centre of Cheltenham, Leckhampton Views is located in the popular Leckhampton area of Cheltenham.

Alex Scott, Director of Boo Homes commented on the development “We couldn’t be more excited to see Leckhampton Views under construction – our largest and most exciting Boo development to-date.

"Every property brings to life everything we hold dear – contemporary architecture, considered design, thoughtful and flexible space, a high specification and that hard to pin down ‘I can see us living there’ feeling.”

Matt Brown, Living Director at Speller Metcalfe commented on the benefits of the new housing project: “We are pleased to be working on this high quality housing development for new client, Boo Homes.

“The site required particular attention prior to the build owing to its former use. Working alongside the developer, we have plans to create luxury homes which will complement the local area.”

Starting on site in March 2015, Speller Metcalfe has erected the timber framework for the first three plots, applied membranes and insulation and commenced the construction of high quality brickwork and render to create these high quality thermally efficient homes. The project is set to complete in June 2016.
