Speller Metcalfe secures place on 8 lots of Procure Partnerships Framework

Regional contractor Speller Metcalfe has secured their place on eight lots of the Procure Partnerships Framework.

As an established member of the current iteration, Speller Metcalfe has solidified their place on lots valued from £50,000 up to £30 million within the South West, West Midlands and East Midlands.

In addition to this, they have also secured places on lots from £50,000 up to over £15 million on the decarbonisation and retrofit sector of the framework.

Decarbonisation and retrofit is  a key area of expertise for Speller Metcalfe, also securing a place on 50 lots of PAGABO’s Refit and Refurbishment framework back in May.

“Having worked with the Procure Partnerships team for a number of years, we’re delighted to secure a place on eight of the lots for this iteration of the framework,” said Jess Munn, Framework and Partnerships Manager. “We’re also delighted to strengthen our visibility in the decarbonisation and retrofit sector, which we know is a key agenda item for many of our clients.”

Through the previous iteration of the Procure Partnership Framework, Speller Metcalfe won a number of projects including the Taunton and Somerset NHS Ophthalmology works and the refurbishment of Marlwood school on which they achieved an impressive 425% return on social value investment.

Speller Metcalfe’s success on this framework solidifies their robust pipeline of work, now as an approved contractor on over 20 frameworks across a number of their key markets across the public and private sectors.
