“The Worcestershire LEP board is focused on achieving the 20 year economic plan for Worcestershire to drive the county forwards. To ensure this is possible, we need the support of Worcestershire businesses, like James from Speller Metcalfe, to provide us with the voice of local business.”

James officially took over as Managing Director of the company in 2022, and is passionate about collaboration, best practice and sharing knowledge both across the industry and in local communities.

“I am delighted to now be a member of the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership Board,” said James Speller, “As a Worcestershire-based contractor, I am passionate about advocating for Worcestershire’s economic prosperity. Members of the board play a pivotal role the growth of Worcestershire’s economy and are leaders across a range of public and private businesses. The nature of the board’s members allows them to provide valuable expertise across industries for the betterment of the region in which they operate.
