Speller Metcalfe was contracted by SCC – Europe’s biggest IT services and solutions provider – to build a £7m refurbishment programme to its UK headquarters.
The commercial premises, located in Birmingham, have been completely remodelled and upgraded as the latest part of a long-term regional investment strategy by the multi-award-winning business.
In this latest £7m boost, both the existing 1980’s single storey and two storey office blocks have been stripped back to their original structures, with each building undergoing a complete internal remodel to better meet the needs of SCC’s Birmingham-based workforce.
As well as refurbishing the two existing buildings, a new link building completes the project and provides a walkway, reception area and feature entrance.
