Speller Metcalfe was appointed through the Gloucestershire County Council Contractor Framework to install a new 10-bay modular classroom block at Drybook Primary School, plus all associated services and groundworks.
The classroom block is constructed with renewable materials designed to be as environmentally-friendly as possible, with minimal maintenance costs. The block is equipped with the latest under floor heating, as well as air conditioning units for the warmer weather.
