YMCA Erdington

The project involves design and construction of new four storey building complete with associated groundworks across three phases for YMCA Erdington:

Phase 2: 34 self-contained units (30 one-bed and 4 two-bed) over upper two stories;

Phase 2A: development of the catering kitchen and coffee bar, lobby, entrance, training rooms and offices over the lower two storeys;

Phase 3: Multi-use hall, changing and store rooms, training and break-out rooms.

This project follows two other successful schemes for the YMCA Cheltenham and the YMCA Gloucester.
