Speller Metcalfe has completed the £12.5M new build development for Eagle One. The project included the construction of a new 200 bed student accommodation in Bath, split across two separate accommodation blocks.
The accommodation comprises of shared kitchens, dining spaces, various social hang outs, flexible study areas and an on-site gym.
The architect Stride Treglown has made a deliberate effort to encapsulate the industrial history and heritage of the area within the new modern design. This is being completed by using a variety of brickwork and metal externally to ensure it fits in with the local smith shops and with the history of the location and nearby warehouses.
