Speller Metcalfe was been contracted to deliver a £13m accommodation block for Yeovil Hospital.

The two-building complex is used by students and staff at the hospital, comprising of 176 bedrooms across a mixture of 66 one, two, four-and-eight-bedroom apartments. The setup is similar to student accommodation with shared living spaces and communal gardens that allows residents space to relax away from work.

Speller Metcalfe was appointed to the project through our place on Lot 2 of the PIC Framework.
