Rugby School Day Houses

Speller Metcalfe has built four new buildings for Rugby School, including a reception building, two study blocks and a new co-educational dining hall. The new buildings include a two-storey shared restaurant and event facility, a reception building, and two three storey study blocks.

Careful consideration was given to the design of the buildings in matching the schools’ historical aesthetics and adding a modern twist by using alternate buff and red bricks.

The project is part of a programme of major refurbishment and improvement for the school that will help to meet the increased demand for students taking day places.
