Listers Land Rover

Following previous contracts with the Listers Group, Speller Metcalfe was contracted in the design and construction of a state-of-the-art Land Rover retail garage and associated external works on an existing furniture warehouse site in Hereford.

Following the closure of the furniture store, the building was completely gutted to make room for a complete reconfiguration of the two-storey height building which incorporates a small mezzanine level.

The internal layout includes the main showroom, reception area, offices, parts department, workshop, lounge areas and toilets built to an exceptionally high quality finish in line with Land Rover’s recent re-brand.

Externally, Speller Metcalfe installed new drainage and external display areas and reconfigured the existing car park.
