All our employees are entitled to 27 days’ paid holiday (not including public holidays).

5+ years’ service: 28 days annual leave entitlement

10+ years’ service: 30 days annual leave entitlement

Cash plan

A health cash plan allows you to claim back some of the costs of routine health expenses for a monthly premium. These include dental check-ups, eye tests, physiotherapy sessions and more.

All our employees are offered a Level 1 membership, with the option to upgrade at your own cost.

Health and wellbeing

Mental health and wellbeing is an absolute priority for Speller Metcalfe.

We provide a number of health and wellbeing workshops to staff, as well as access to a number of Mental Health First Aiders – with over 10% of our workforce trained to support staff.

All staff who do not already qualify on the NHS are also offered an optional annual flu jab and PSA test.

Private medical insurance

All employees are eligible for our private medical insurance scheme, with options to choose from single, couple or family cover (via a salary deduction).

Car scheme

Speller Metcalfe employees are able to access a private car scheme which enables you to lease a hybrid or electric vehicle via a salary sacrifice, in line with our commitment to reach carbon zero by 2032*. This provides access to reduced rates, as well as additional benefits such as inclusive servicing and warranties.

Certain job roles will also be eligible for a car allowance, which is paid as a Benefit in Kind on top of your agreed salary. This forms part of a contractual agreement and will be discussed during the interview process.
