Mortimer Medical Practice contracted Speller Metcalfe to build a new two-storey doctor’s surgery in Leintwardine.
The ground floor encompasses the doctor’s surgery rooms, waiting area and reception, with offices and WC facilities incorporated on the first floor space. A new lift ensured disabled access will also be part of the works, as well as all M&E facilities.
The project completed to BREEAM Very Good accreditation.
