The White Horse

This project involved a high spec refurbishment of the entire existing front of house, accommodation areas & external areas. The pub is a listed building located in a prestigious rural area. Works included replacement seating to accommodate 100 at front of house, extensive joinery works, replacement heating system, new internal/external decorations & revised lighting arrangements.

Accommodation comprised of 15 refit out bedrooms, including complete fit out, furniture and soft furnishings installation, returning to operational status during the contract period. The external works involved all refurbished window frames and doors, a croquet lawn, construction of external plant area and fencing.

The King’s Arms

This project involved a high spec refurbishment of the entire existing front of house, accommodation areas & external areas. The pub is a listed public house located in a prestigious rural area.

Works included replacement seating to accommodate 60, extensive joinery works, replacement toilets, flooring, internal/external decorations & revised lighting arrangements. The external works involved all refurbished window frames and doors, fencing and a dedicated smoking area. Works included complete fit out, furniture and soft furnishings installation, returning to operational status during the contract period.
