Chineham Gate

The project included the demolition and strip out of an existing two-storey, 1980’s office block set on the Chineham Business Park in Basingstoke. Works included various building elements of the ground and first floors to Cat A standard, opening up the layout to create an open-plan office space.

Speller Metcalfe worked collaboratively from design stage with the project team, advising on buildability and design elements such as the rainscreen cladding and curtain walling, alongside early input from our existing supply chain.

Works were carried out across one phase, with Speller Metcalfe undertaking the fit out to the reception and toilet areas, and handing over to units at shell standard to tenants, which includes raised floors, ceilings, carpet and M&E services to the perimeter.
