The Worcestershire and West Midlands Development Framework provides a single point of access to works and services from site preparation and demolition works to a wide range of consultancy services. The framework has been created specifically to serve organisations in the Wyre Forest and areas surrounding Worcestershire and the West Midlands, with four construction Lots covering various bands, two of which have national coverage.

It is suitable for the construction of homes and non-dwelling units including shops, offices, and light industrial and industrial units, as well as commercial, community and educational buildings.

The framework is designed to ensure best practice is at the heart of development activity and it can adapt to the changing requirements of development works both large and small. Authorised users will benefit from an accredited directory of consultants, providing assurance from the pre-construction phase and beyond, with a single point of access to services for each part of the project.
