Speller Metcalfe was contracted to construct the new Waters Corporation’s facility on behalf of St Modwen’s at their Longbridge Business Park.
This new building is set to replace their existing premises in Solihull and increase space by 300% for the Waters Corporation, and with it the provision of over 100 jobs. The industry-leading scientific precision engineering centre is located on the former West Works site
The centre will span 45,000 square feet and house analytical technology development. This serves to advance Longbridge Business Park’s status as a hub for development in the West Midlands.
The opening of the building is scheduled for 2024, with Speller Metcalfe’s work bringing it to practical completion in October 2023.
