Speller Metcalfe was contracted to construct the new Waters Corporation’s facility on behalf of St Modwen’s at their Longbridge Business Park.
This new building replaces their existing premises in Solihull and has increased capacity by 300% for the Waters Corporation, and with it the provision of over 100 new jobs.
The centre spans 45,000 square feet and houses analytical technology development. This serves to advance Longbridge Business Park’s status as a hub for development in the West Midlands.
The industry-leading scientific precision engineering centre is located on the former West Works site.
