Speller Metcalfe recently completed the construction of the new single storey grounds team building at Solihull School.
The project included the demolition of the existing shed so that the footprint could be used to erect a steel frame, cladded workshop for the Ground Team at Solihull School.
The new facility includes a workshop, machine storage, fuel store, welding bay, office washrooms and a canteen.
The new building, which facilitates the maintenance of the 40-acre site, also has PV on the roof achieving an EPC A.
