Speller Metcalfe was appointed to build a 90-bed extra care housing scheme in Rowley Regis for Sandwell Council.

The three-storey building features 67 one-bedroom and 23 two-bedroom apartments and ancillary spaces alongside a range of communal facilities including a restaurant and a hairdressing salon.

The development, which was designed by the council’s in-house design team, also features a shared garden for residents to enjoy.

Speller Metcalfe was awarded the contract following a competitive tender through their place on the Homes England Delivery Partner Panel 3 (DPP3) Framework.
