As Warwick District Council’s approved contractor, Speller Metcalfe is on site in Cubbington, working on 17 brand-new energy efficient new homes.
The homes will include air source heat pumps, solar panels and electric vehicle charging points. Seven of the properties will be affordable homes as part of the Council’s ambitious programme of local affordable council house building.
The scheme is part of a wider strategy to enable local people to continue living within the district, whilst also making use of brownfield land.
The project is due to complete at the end of next year.
