In 2009, Speller Metcalfe completed the remodelling of classrooms, installation of new heating and cooling equipment, and the construction of a new medical facility within the existing school.
Following the success of this scheme, Speller Metcalfe completed two further phases in 2017 and 2018. These schemes included the delivery of a single-storey extension to the existing language block to provide additional classrooms and the construction of two new single-storey extensions providing four additional maths classrooms, plus offices and storage facilities.
The school remained fully operational throughout the works, and our site team worked in close collaboration with the school’s management team to coordinate our works and ensure the school operated as normal.
