320 Swindon Road, Cheltenham

Construction is underway at 320 Swindon Road in Cheltenham, where a new sustainable development of 24 affordable homes is taking shape.

Delivered in partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council and funded by Homes England, the scheme will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two- and three-bedroom houses, available for social rent and shared ownership.

Sustainability and biodiversity are at the heart of the project. The development will feature solar panels, green roofs, and low-carbon construction methods, alongside bat, bee, and bird boxes, hedgehog highways, and extensive planting to enhance the natural environment.

Once complete, 320 Swindon Road will provide much-needed affordable housing while creating a greener, more inclusive community for local residents.
