Speller Metcalfe was been contracted to deliver a brand new medical centre for the residents of Walsall.
The new Black Country and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group medical centre, which has a convenient town centre location, will deliver GP services to more than 25,000 patients.
The scheme brought together 4 existing centres, relocating The Limes Medical Centre, Sycamore House Medical Centre, Lichfield Street Surgery and Saddlers Surgery into one modern, purpose-built facility.
By coming together, the practices now offer a greater variety of services, reduce waiting times and provide access to medical specialists across the four sites.
The centre itself provides consulting rooms, treatment rooms, training and meeting rooms and an on-site pharmacy, as well as 110 on-site car parking spaces.
The project was built to BREEAM Excellent.
