Speller Metcalfe is on site delivering a new flexible teaching space at the University of Worcester’s new Severn Campus.
Located on the site off Hylton Road, the new building accommodation has been designed to cater for various students and courses across the university.
The three-storey building will encompass a mixture of staff and student facilities, including six teaching space, staff working areas and offices, two internal lifts and an external plant room.
The project is due to complete in February 2025.
