Speller Metcalfe are working with social housing provider Stonewater on the provision of 38 new affordable and sustainable homes in Ewyas Harold, Herefordshire.
The new homes include a number of sustainable features including ground source heat pumps, solar PV panels and switchee thermostats which will enable residents to reduce their spending on bills.
The new homes will be split between shared ownership and properties for rent.
The 24 affordable rented properties consist of two bed bungalows, one bed flats, a mix of two, three and four bed houses and a three-bed adapted dormer bungalow which includes an adapted kitchen and wet room.
The 14 shared ownership homes consist of two and three bed houses.
External landscaping including driveways and gardens will be installed alongside new access road.
The development is set to complete in September 2023.
