Speller Metcalfe worked with social housing provider Stonewater on the provision of 38 new affordable and sustainable homes in Ewyas Harold, Herefordshire.
The new homes include a number of sustainable features including ground source heat pumps, solar PV panels and switchee thermostats which will enable residents to reduce their spending on bills.
The new homes are split between shared ownership and properties for rent.
The 24 affordable rented properties consist of two bed bungalows, one bed flats, a mix of two, three and four bed houses and a three-bed adapted dormer bungalow which includes an adapted kitchen and wet room.
The 14 shared ownership homes consist of two and three bed houses.
External landscaping including driveways and gardens has been installed alongside new access road.
An official opening ceremony took place on the 1st December 2023, and recognised the significant milestone of Stonewater delivering their 6000th home.
