Speller Metcalfe are now on site constructing the new £9 million Skills Centre for Sandwell College in Cradley Heath.
Located on Lower High Street in Cradley Heath, the new centre is due to open in early 2026.
The state-of-the-art facility will provide invaluable services to the community and is also available to local community groups.
The project is being funded by the Governments Town Fund with Sandwell Councillors and council officers playing an active role in partnering with Sandwell College.
