Established in 2018, the DWP Contractor Framework was created to support the Department in the delivery of refurbishment and new build projects across their Estate. With a range of values up to £6M and often including fast track, logistically complex fit out and reconfiguration, Speller Metcalfe have delivered multiple schemes through Lot 1, projects up to £250K and Lot 2, projects between £250K and £2M across the central and south west regions.

This framework is due to complete in June 2022 at which point DWP will switch across to Lot 2.1 of the Crown Commercial Services Framework.
