Administration Assistant
As part of the administration team, you will work to provide an enthusiastic, effective and efficient administration service to the organisation.
Reporting to: Senior Office Manager
Duties and responsibilities within the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Excellent communications skills;
- Strong team working ability and a positive, enthusiastic attitude;
- Demonstrate experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and related programs;
- Ability to work cooperatively, proactively and effectively within the team and the organisation;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet the deadlines and maintain a high quality of work;
- General office tasks such as answering telephones and door, deliveries, visitors, meetings and looking after meetings e.g. drinks etc. Reporting of printer faults for offices. Post, booking meeting rooms. Setting up meeting rooms and dietary requirements;
- Stationery ordering for sites and offices, including maintaining stock levels in offices;
- Updating staff holiday charts and diary;
- Assisting with office archiving;
- Assist with hotel bookings;
- Assist with relevant events as required;
- Assist other departments as required;
- Manage entry fob distribution to office staff;
- Attend labour resource meetings;
- Act in respect of the Speller Metcalfe Group health and safety policy fulfilling your moral and legal responsibilities and obligations, for your wellbeing also considering those who work in your environment who may be affected by your acts or omissions to maintain a safe, healthy and considerate workplace.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Interviews: Interviews will be undertaken face to face, but Microsoft Teams may be used for flexibility where required.
